Day 1 of the seventeen days diet.

The first day was good but hard. I almost had the feeling of fainting.

Morning:
-yoghurt 250 ml
-apple
-green tea

Lunch:
-salad with tuna and veggies
-2 green teas

Dinner:
-two scrambled eggs
-chicken with veggies and wok sauce.

And a chicken in the evening because i was so hungry at a friends place. Tomorrow i need to eat more!

Sports: biking, 2 x 0,5 hours to work.

And my goal is to upload a health related photo every day.
